ManpowerGroup Customer Success Account Manager in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join their team. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and exceptional organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Customer Success Account Manager
100% Remote (supporting EST), 18 Month Contract

What's the Job?
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide support in critical situations such as Azure deployments.
Manage customer accounts and coordinate with technical specialists for effective execution.
Participate in meetings with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct internal meetings to align strategies and share insights with team members.
Handle documentation reviews and other administrative tasks to maintain customer records.
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies.
5-7 years of technical knowledge experience with AWS or similar platforms.
5-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles within a business context.
Strong organizational skills to manage a large customer base effectively.
Microsoft certification is a strong plus, though not required.
