MICROSOFT CORP Customer Success Account Manager in Redmond, Washington

Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity: Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and establish relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution planning, delivery execution and governance. Account Planning: Partner with Account team peers to drive conversations with customers that define and prioritize the strategic alignment between your customer's objectives and Microsoft's goals. Opportunity and Pursuit Management: Bring forward customer insights to sellers to support them in identifying and producing opportunities. Consumption and Delivery Execution: Lead the delivery of Microsoft solutions and take ownership for team coordination that accelerates production level consumption across solution areas to help our customers achieve their goals. Technical Skilling: Build technical competency that supports customer advice, connecting their business goals to Microsoft solutions. Travel permitted up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted up to 100% from any location in the U.S. Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
  • Experience: Thirty-six (36) months of solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
  • Alternative education and experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related degree and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
  • Specific Skills Requirements: Must have at least 12 months of experience in: Portfolio Management; Business Leadership; Azure Services; Azure; Cloud Consulting; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; and Support Delivery & Orchestration.

Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSKCG17626a), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $238,600 to $268,600. 

 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
