We provide extensive services from planning studies, design, and construction to periodic testing and maintenance. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Redmond, WA team. Responsibilities: • Accountable for the performance of system planning studies for electrical utilities and developers • System studies using PSS/e and PSLF to complete power flow, short circuit, transient stability, and other planning studies • Responsible for developing and managing complex data sets and analyzing dynamic and transient recordings from various sources • Responsible for preparing detailed technical reports • Responsible for managing their own projects including tracking project data requests, creating data submissions, providing progress submissions to clients, and responding to comments from clients • Required to prepare reports using Microsoft word Requirements: • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills • Strong computer skills in Microsoft applications • Microgrid, power plant or utility experience a plus, but not required. • Ability to work independently and on multidiscipline engineering teams.
