(In Store) Program Manager I BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated (In Store) Program Manager I for a Onsite opportunity at Redmond WA. Position Title: (In Store) Program Manager I Location: Redmond WA (Onsite) Anticipated Start Date: 9/9/2024 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)] Pay Range: $32.92-$54.31 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Responsibilities: *Manage presentation, offerings, and in-store experience for Redmond, WA brick & mortar store. *Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. * Present and explain proposals, reports and findings * Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects * Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures * Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates * Direct, review and approve product designs and changes * Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Strong background in retail and instore experiences * Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. * Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc... Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * PMI or PMP certification preferred. Must-Have Skills 1 3-4 years Program Management/ Operations experience 2 Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods 3 Inventory Management experience, strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
