Product Field Action (PFA) Lead - Hybrid

Stryker is hiring a Product Field Action (PFA) Lead in Redmond-WA, to support our Emergency Care Business. In this role you will establish and maintain standardized process and procedure for executing field action assessments and executions, including investigations, and identifying solutions. Develop strategies and plans for field actions that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Work Flexibility: Hybrid.

The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Redmond, WA and is expected to be onsite at the facility 3 days a week.

What you will do:

  • Ensure that all field activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Identify potential risks associated with field action decisions and implement measures to mitigate them effectively.

  • Work with leadership to allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support field operations effectively.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the field action process and implement improvements as necessary.

  • Provide training and development opportunities to owners and stakeholder personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in performing their roles effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as PFA assessment and execution owners, engineers, and technicians, to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding field action deliverables.

  • Maintain a customer-centric approach by ensuring that field actions are completed promptly and meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of field action decisions over time.

What you need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, engineering, or related discipline

  • 4+ years of experience working in a highly regulated environment, quality, manufacturing, or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated PFA experience.

  • Prior project management experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with all levels of management.

  • Ability to generate and explain detailed assessments, execution plans, and any potential challenges accurately.

  • Utilize proper software to maintain project records such as MS Office, TrackWise, SharePoint, or Visio.

$98,300.00 - $161,100.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
