ManpowerGroup Program Coordinator 5 in Redmond, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Program Coordinator 5 to join their team. The purpose of this team is that this person is supporting infrastructure to power the future of AI. They will be positioned as the business manager for this team, accountable for driving efficient operations in line with organizational priorities. This role will contribute to doing PO purchase orders compliance, orchestrate mentoring events. Ensuring compliance with Po guidelines, following up on spend allocations and reporting on that information.

Job Title: Program Coordinator 5

Location: Remote - PST hours

Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the time recording and resource demands made by project/programme teams, ensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningful way.

• Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programmes.

• Ensure projects and programmes operate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet the required recording standards.

• Provide financial and resource planning and management support to projects and programmes.

• Planning as required in support of project and programme governance (eg. Project plans; risk and issues logs, etc).

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 5 years experience with financial literacy, Budgeting information, and technical fluency.

  2. Minimum 5 years experience with MS Office programs and management tools

  3. Minimum 5 years experience with proven communication orchestration skills.
