Program Manager Non Tech 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 2 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA- Remote! Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 2 Location: Redmond, WA- Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 11+ Months (Highly Possibility for extension) Job Type: [CONTRACT [Remote] Pay Range:[$50] - [$55] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirement: 1. Minimum 4 years experience with advertising platforms (Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) 2. Minimum 4 years experience with cross functional teams. 3. Minimum 4 years experience with technical/business content writing. Summary: * This role would be to support the Consumer Marketing Growth Engine Platform team. While not a technical role, the ideal candidate would be able to understand and partner with technical collaborators. The role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A background working across Martech solutions is a plus, especially if experience includes Advertising Platforms (Microsoft Adverting and/or Boost); Project management solutions (ADO and ClickUp); in addition to familiarity and confidence in M365 Suite solutions (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Job Responsibilities: 1) Drive support tickets to resolution. In this role you will help to assess, summarize, and submit new support tickets for marketers in the Consumer Growth Engine group to our engineering partners. You will partner with technical experts and drive issues to a resolution. This is likely to include trouble shooting and leveling up common themes seen in ticketed requests. You will be responsible for regular communication on the status of the tickets, socializing insights and learnings from the solutions to reduce future escalations in addition to running a weekly meeting on the topic. 2) You will aid our team in documenting Platform expansion needs through Business Require Documentation. This may include desk research, building expertise in some of our internal tooling systems and articulating technical requirements. 3) Aid in the development and execution of training modules for marketing teams. As new features and functionality become available in our Martech stack, we will help in developing the training and documentation for that feature to educate and train marketers that will use it daily. 4) Maintain and track the team's progress and their annual objectives and goals. This will include gathering data and developing a ppt slide to show progress on monthly and quarterly cadences. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams * A background working across Martech solutions is a plus, especially if experience includes Advertising Platforms (Microsoft Adverting and/or Boost); Project management solutions (ADO and ClickUp); in addition to familiarity and confidence in M365 Suite solutions (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) Education/Experience: * PMI or PMP certification preferred * 3-5 years experience required Benefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, To view the full job description,
