Program Manager Non Tech 2 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non Tech 2 for an opportunity in Redmond WA Position Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2 Location: Redmond WA, Remote Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Type: Contract and Remote (Anywhere in USA) Pay Range: $50/hr - $60/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 2 years' experience with MS Office. * N/A * N/A Job Responsibilities: * Customer Journey Mapping: * Develop detailed maps of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and interactions. * Analyze customer behaviors and experiences across various stages of the journey. * Data Analysis: * Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand customer needs and pain points. * Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. * Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve the customer experience. * Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive decision-making. * Continuous Improvement: * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer journey initiatives. * Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics. * Customer Feedback: * Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods. * Use feedback to refine and optimize the customer journey. Qualifications: * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. * Experience: * Proven experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience, or a related role. * Experience in the educational technology sector is a plus. * Skills: * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Proficiency in customer journey mapping tools and software. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Personal Attributes: * Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. * Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving processes. * Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning.
