BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 2 Job for an opportunity at Redmond WA Onsite of 3 days a week! Position Title: Program Manager Tech 2 Location: Redmond WA Onsite of 3 days a week Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: Contract of 11 Months and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Onsite/Hybrid Pay Range: $55 - $60/hr. A, finance or business analyst background preferred * Minimum of 2 years' experience working with automated testing. * Minimum 2 years of experience with Power BI. * Minimum 2 years of experience with Advanced Excel and Pivot table skills. * Minimum 0-2 years of experience with MS SQL Job Description: The client Windows & Devices Operations group is looking for a highly skilled technical program manager to support our team by working with our stakeholders and user community, identifying, documenting, testing and production release of additional content for our AI Assistant that is helping users to self-serve while our team increases productivity. This role will also have a strong background with automated testing and will work with our team to continue to develop automated testing for our backlog of features released over the past fiscal year. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development, excellent communication skills and the proven ability to manage and translate complex technical problems into clear and actionable features that enable our customers to manage their budget and forecasting needs. This candidate must have a strong desire for innovation, security, and compliance. The successful candidate must have a business analysis background, experience working with business intelligence systems, including using data analytics and data visualization to build insightful views in the tool and reports using Power BI. Financial data systems and reporting tools experience are desired along with a passion for solving complex issues. Responsibilities * Work with business stakeholders identifying, documenting, testing and production release of additional content for our AI Assistant. Provide clear specifications to align with Tools Team and across our stakeholder community. Partner with our dev and tools team to develop automated testing for our backlog of features released over the past year. Work with the tools team to prioritize and schedule production release of both AI assistant and automated testing content. More details included but not limited to are: o Be the voice of the partner and customer. Be obsessed with their experience and advocate for them during product development o Tell the story through end-to-end scenario walkthroughs and functional design o Articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it o Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Owners, and Dev team to rapidly deliver solutions through an Agile process Qualifications Basic qualifications: * Technical background - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science or Finance preferred * Minimum of 2 years' experience with automated testing * Experience with MS SQL * Advanced Excel and Pivot table skills * Ability to visualize how data can be connected together in useful ways Preferre To view the full job description,
