We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. With Generative AI, business apps are going through a transformation phase and this organization is at the heart of how business applications are designed and delivered utilizing power of AI. This team builds suite of microservices and platform to support both the scaling and reliability needs of the platform and the capabilities powering GPT based Copilot across the low code Power Platform and line of business Dynamics 365 applications. Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to be a technical leader in design and implementation for cloud platform and Copilot capabilities in Power Platform, leveraging Generative AI, Office365 and Azure. This team is deep into building multi-tenant, COGS efficient and storage, analytics and AI platform.

These capabilities not only provide the foundation for new user experiences and complex business process definitions, but they also scale out to support active usage around the world by hundreds of thousands of customers 24x7.

Core responsibilities:

• Design, implement and operate distributed cloud services features at scale.

• Partner with product managers to define and evolve the product.

• Drive quality, responsible AI, security, and privacy into the product.

• Collaborate across teams to solve problems that span technologies and codebases.

• Provide technical oversight to feature crews, work through competing priorities, and solve complex technical challenges to meet business goals and maintain live site availability

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
