BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Support Analyst 1 Professional Job for an opportunity at Redmond, WA 5 days a week onsite! Position Title: Support Analyst 1 Location: Redmond, WA 5 days a week onsite Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: Contract of 06+ Months (40 hours a week) and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Onsite Pay Range: $20 - $23/hr. on w2 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 1-2 years of work-related experience * Degrees or certifications required: No specific degree required for the role * Minimum 1-2 years' experience with IT Service management skills related to handling ticket triage, priority and SLA in some kind of ticket management software (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceDesk etc.) * Minimum 1-2 years familiarity and proficient with computer hardware and related troubleshooting * Minimum 1-2 years' experience with Windows and software troubleshooting. I expect them to be very familiar within windows, how to troubleshoot, where to find services/tools and check/read logs Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our team. An ideal candidate will have a wide range of IT knowledge and experience. In this role, you will support a game studio as part of the Operations team working on the Halo franchise.
