Robert Half Patient Relationship Manager in Redondo Beach, California

Description

Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is looking for a Patient Relationship Manager to join our team in the Medical Devices industry, located in Redondo Beach, California. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, developing and maintaining relationships with individuals and groups in the field of prosthetics. You will also manage our Center's geographic reach and regional patient footprint, and ensure our services are well-promoted and understood in the local medical community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships within the medical community, focusing on those involved in the field of prosthetics.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our mission and values to the local medical community.

• Organize and attend networking events such as meetings, lunches/dinners, conferences, and tradeshows.

• Deliver educational in-services and presentations to promote our mission, services, technologies and value proposition.

• Maintain regular communication with referral sources on patient progress to foster confidence in our services.

• Follow up with all referral source leads promptly and effectively.

• Utilize CRM tools to process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Expand the Center's geographic reach and regional patient footprint as appropriate.

• Perform consultative sales and direct sales calls as needed.

• Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer inquiries.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

Requirements • Proven experience in the medical devices industry

• Demonstrated skills in CRM platforms

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in direct and consultative sales

• Proficiency in conducting sales calls

• Experience in service sales

• Ability to build and maintain patient relationships

• Ability to understand and explain complex medical devices to patients

• High level of empathy and understanding

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Willingness to stay updated on latest medical device advancements

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
