THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT:

This is a challenging opportunity, being a member of our R&D Team, working on modules of an industry leading large enterprise software platform, building future proof applications. Our R&D team works to build a robust, future-proof enterprise software platform for our industry-leading solution. This is a challenging opportunity to work on a complex software product customized for hundreds of big-name clients. Ivalua offers many exciting opportunities to be a key player in building the next generation product features.

ROLE:

Ivalua is looking for a Software Engineering VIE to develop and enhance IVA, Ivalua’s generative AI chatbot, and DAP, Ivalua’s Digital Adoption Platform. You will build and maintain the product features, contributing throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will also work cross-functionally with members of the global team in building new product features.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Primary focus will be building and maintaining product features for IVA (Ivalua’s chatbot powered by Generative AI) and DAP (Ivalua’s in-house Digital Adoption Platform solution)

• Develop and enhance the Ivalua Buyer product using the Ivalua Buyer framework

• Write good clean code focusing on performance optimizations, scalable solutions, and good software design principles

• Participate in code and design reviews

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Computer Science degree or similar required

• Experience with C#, SQL, and JavaScript or TypeScript required

• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

• Experience with web-based enterprise software development & ASP.NET preferred

• Knowledge of any front-end framework/libraries such as jQuery, React is a plus

• Knowledge of any unit testing framework such as MS Test is a plus

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: Software Engineering VIE

Range minimum: $30 per hour

Range maximum: $45 per hour

Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered. Ivalua also offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (with company match), and much more.
