The Opportunity:

CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an experienced Business Analyst who will be supporting the modernization and sustainment of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and clients, to gather and analyze business requirements for the consolidation project.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discover, document, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and program goals.

  • Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development teams.

  • Work closely with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements, provide feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and refined regularly.

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and effective delivery.

  • Support the testing process by understanding the most effective test scenarios and test cases and participating in user acceptance testing as a representative of the user community.

  • Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and effective communication.

  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to requirements and scope, ensuring project success.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of Agile practices and processes within the team and organization

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (will consider experience in lieu of education)

  • 6 or more years relevant experience as a product owner, product manager, or business analyst, Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements and user stories.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar

  • Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and supporting the testing process.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Thrive in a technically and geographically diverse environment

  • Must be willing to pass NASA background investigation and/or obtain a DOD Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or other Agile certifications.

  • Experience in large-scale application and platform consolidation projects.

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, and their integration with Agile methodologies.

  • Experience in the public sector or government contracting environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Prior NASA experience

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
