CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Jr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements

  • Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices

  • Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements

  • Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions

  • Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel

  • Produce functional design specifications based on user requirements

  • Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum)

  • Perform configuration and design functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or attainable

  • Up to 3 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree

  • 5 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

  • Assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
