The Opportunity:

CACI is currently looking for a Software Testing Analyst to join our team Integrated Food Management System (IFMS) team supporting a purpose-built food distribution management system for the USDA’s Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR). You will be part of a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of Salesforce applications. The role requires significant involvement in test automation and test management using OpenText ALM UFT. Your primary focus will be planning and executing system test events associated with scheduled releases for the IFMS Salesforce application. You will work closely with clients, developers, and business analysts, making collaborative problem-solving and commitment to quality essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Test and ensure the functionality and integration of the USDA’s IFMS system built on the Salesforce Lightning platform, which is integrated with the Rootstock Cloud ERP.

  • Work with the release manager and QA testing team to define the test scope and schedule for testing activities.

  • Develop and execute test automation scripts using OpenText ALM UFT, ensuring efficient and thorough system coverage.

  • Participate in system test activities for scheduled and unscheduled updates to the IFMS Salesforce application.

  • Assist in maintaining the test script library using OpenText ALM.

  • Execute both manual and automated testing as part of the defined release management process.

  • Monitor status and findings of client acceptance testing to escalate defects and provide status.

  • Coordinate resolution of test findings with development team and release manager.

  • Identify data setup requirements for testing environments.

  • Provide status updates to the client and team leads throughout the testing cycle.

  • Provide recommendations to improve test automation practices and testing alignment with project scope.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Three (3)+ years experience with testing in a software development environment.

  • One (1)+ years using Agile Delivery (Scrum and/or Kanban).

  • Experience with test automation tools; OpenText ALM (formerly HP/HPE and Micro Focus), including UFT for test automation.

  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills with users, clients, and management.

Desired:

  • Experience with Salesforce application development projects.

  • Experience in managing and configuring test automation tools, especially OpenText UFT.

  • Experience with 508 and accessibility testing.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
