VetsEZ Lead Salesforce Developer (Remote Opportunity) in Remote, Florida

VetsEZ is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical designs and ensure seamless deployment.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Salesforce functionality.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Scrum teams to estimate and deliver features.

  • Perform design and code reviews, ensuring quality and standards.

  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and manage them from creation to resolution.

  • Support continuous integration, CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure.

  • Work with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to ensure architecture and security compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • 3+ years of proficiency in Salesforce application development (JavaScript, Apex, VisualForce, SQL).

  • Experience with integration protocols (TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP).

  • Experience with Salesforce API and third-party integrations.

  • Strong object-oriented design, system integration, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with federal clients, especially within the healthcare sector.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

  • Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
