GE Healthcare MarTech Operations Manager in Remote, Illinois

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maximizing the effectiveness of the MarTech stack, with a focus on Marketo and Salesforce CRM operations. The ideal candidate will manage data quality, ensure system alignment, and proactively lead efforts to enhance integration across platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Technology Product Manager, SalesForce team, and cross-functional partners, this role is pivotal in optimizing marketing processes and technology to support business growth.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • MarTech Operations Support: Provide daily support for the usage and operations of tools in Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring smooth functionality and integration.

  • Data Quality Management: Manage oversight of data quality and mappings between systems, proactively improving processes and troubleshooting discrepancies to ensure accurate data flow.

  • Process Standardization: Partner with the Marketing Technology Product Managers, Business Product Owner, and Global Marketing team to drive the development and evolution of standardized processes that maximize system efficiency and consistency.

  • Collaboration on Data Enrichment: Work closely with Data Team on data enrichment and hygiene projects, bringing expertise on how Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools in the stack can support and enhance these efforts.

  • Sales Funnel Alignment: Ensure alignment with the Marketing Automation team to track and report on the Sales funnel, executing standardized processes for lead tracking, scoring, and reporting.

  • Tool Improvement & Alignment: Align business requirements with the features and functionality of the tools, proactively seeking and recommending improvements to enhance marketing performance.

  • Documentation & Training: Maintain detailed technical and functional documentation, and create training materials for end-users to maximize tool adoption and effectiveness.

  • Dashboard Development: Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence team and Business Champions to develop and refine growth-focused dashboards that provide actionable insights for the entire Marketing organization.

  • Licensing Management: Oversee licensing allocations by aligning them with user personas, ensuring efficient use of capacity limits and monitoring system utilization.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends and best practices, making proactive recommendations to improve the functionality and impact of the technology stack.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in managing CRM and marketing automation platforms, with deep experience in Salesforce and Marketo.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize data quality across integrated platforms, ensuring accurate mappings between Salesforce, Marketo and other systems.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the integration and alignment of marketing processes with technology tools.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage system improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in data enrichment and hygiene processes, working with CRM Analysts and technology partners to improve data quality and functionality.

  • Familiarity with PowerBi and experience supporting the development of dashboards and reports for enterprise-wide use.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues related to system access, functionality, and integration.

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with experience creating user-friendly training materials and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Ability to stay current with evolving MarTech trends, providing insights and recommendations on future improvements.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $85,680.00-$128,520.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
