Job Description Summary

This position reports to the Senior Program Manager of Digital Marketing Transformation and will collaborate closely with other teams including marketing communications, regional marketing, translations, and engineering to execute high priority initiatives.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple internal and agency stakeholders to create and manage project plans from ideation to delivery, including delegation of tasks to team members

  • Ensure that appropriate timing, resources, and sequencing of project efforts are aligned to produce the desired result within a given time period, including scheduling, prioritization, task management, and confirmation of work done

  • Define, create, maintain, and communicate ongoing assessment, improvement, and documentation

  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders to track project status

  • Monitor and identify risks and open issues in project. Propose and action solutions to address risks

  • Relationship management with all parties to ensure quality, expectations, and deadlines are met

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and 4+ years project management experience, with proficiency in project management and content marketing processes

  • Solid understanding of website architecture and aesthetics

  • Highly skilled, organized, and detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing and content

  • Extremely attentive to deadlines and processes and strives to drive business results

  • Agile, quick-thinking multi-tasker who’s able to pivot quickly between tasks

  • Open-minded quick learner who’s able to adapt to rapidly shifting expectations and stakeholder goals

  • A “one team” attitude who’s not afraid to jump in and tackle a new assignment, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and influencing skills; able to lead within, push back when necessary, and navigate large, highly matrixed organizations

  • Leader and a do-er; highly motivated self-starter who learns fast and can deliver with minimal supervision

  • Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environment

  • Client-centric and service-oriented positive attitude

  • Ability to operate under pressure, within tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment

  • Proficient in project management tools

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with SEO best practices

  • Experience working on a global scale with international teams

  • Experience with Sitecore, AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Marketo

  • Background in the healthcare industry

  • PMP certification
