Position Summary

The Associate Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for executing customer-focused marketing programs, managing marketing platforms, and supporting Sales activities. This role requires the ability to coordinate among multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, strong attention to detail, a collaborative teamwork approach, and the appropriate measure of professional assertiveness and diplomacy. This is a remotely based position, however,Local (Bay area) candidates will be subject to on-site attendance requirements per site policy.

Principal Responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing programs aimed at driving customer acquisition and loyalty.

• Manage the Physician Locator programs for the product portfolio, including assessing physician qualifications and listings on product websites.

• Assist in managing digital marketing platforms, including the content management system (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

• Manage the sales enablement application and the platform for ordering marketing materials, including account management, content updates, user support and budget.

• Provide support to the Sales team, particularly during the customer onboarding process.

• Support the integration of marketing systems with company platforms for seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

• Track key performance metrics for customer marketing programs.

• Foster collaboration and communication between internal teams to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.

• Adhere to state, federal, Advamed, Eucamed, company, and industry organization policies with respect to sales and physician materials, physician events, dinners, receptions, promotions, market research, physician payments, and other related activities.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent.

• 2 – 3 years of marketing experience, with some digital marketing experience preferred.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, CMS, marketing automation).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlines.

• Proactive, collaborative, and “can-do” approach to partnering with internal customers.

• Experience managing marketing activities within a highly regulated environment preferred.

• Experience in the medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries preferred.

• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.

• Ability to manage travel and expenses per approved budget.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($70,000 - 75,000 ) however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
