About the Role

Strategic Retail Solutions is looking for an Experienced District Manager to join our team, in a Remote Capacity. As a District Manager you will provide leadership to the field merchandisers and own the execution of projects across several states. Experience the field of merchandising is preferred, but will consider other experienced professionals.

Working remote, requires a specific skill set. You must be a self motivated person who is adaptable to our ever changing landscape. Working from home requires structure and a dedicated space within your home to conduct business. This is a fast pace environment, where you will be taught 100% remote.

• Prefer candidate to have experience in the merchandising arena with a firm understanding of project based assignments

• Must reside in at least one of the states you manage

• May be required to complete field work from time to time

• Must own a computer and cell phone

• Must be proficient in Microsoft office, excel and teams

• Driving execution to 100%

• Delivering consistent execution for our clients

• Communicating with various people within our internal team on a daily basis as well as the field team

• Ability to retain rep base throughout your district by building strong relationships with reps

• Proactively looking ahead to see what the workload is ahead of us and staff appropriately

• Placing job ads and working with our recruiter to secure reps for projects

• Pull reports daily from our system and understand how to use the information to drive your execution numbers

• Engaging in conference calls weekly
