APTIM Incident Support Team Reservist - Logistics in Remote United States, United States

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' full-time experience in emergency management or related field.
  • Completion of Incident Command System (ICS) training, including FEMA courses: IS-100.c, IS-200.b, IS-700.b, IS-703.a, IS-706, IS-800.c
  • Experience with WebEOC incident management software preferred.
  • Must maintain readiness to deploy within 12 hours of activation.
  • Must maintain physical and mental health suitable for emergency settings under tight deadlines.
  • Must work in high-pressure environments in varied remote or austere locations for 14-21 straight days.
  • Capable of extended 12-hour shifts, including after-hours.
  • Strong memory for detail, leadership qualities, and sound judgment.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team with limited supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in diverse formats.
  • Professional interpersonal skills including effective listening and non-verbal communication.
  • Adherence to business ethics, integrity, and compliance with all regulations.
  • Must pass appropriate criminal background checks.
