Experienced Benefits Call Center Representative

The Position will be Remote

The pay rate during training 4 weeks is $17.76

Monday- Friday 8am- 4pm EST

About the Benefits Call Center Representative role:

Candidates will have the opportunity of working with a dynamic operations team and advancing their knowledge, experience, and career in benefits administration.

  • A typical day consists of working as an operations associate who assists with administering tax savings accounts for BenefitWallet. Duties include but not limited to tracking their worked time in the system, working escalation cases, and performing reports and audits. Candidates will become proficient in utilizing a knowledge database, desktop procedures (SOPs), and multiple case management systems.

  • This role involves learning multiple systems to address escalated client issues.

  • Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, the ability think outside the box/communicate effectively, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Candidates will need to be ok with a federal background check .

  • The initial training is about 1 month and the schedule is dependent on the timing of the background checks.

  • There is an SCA Federal Employee Contract Fringe Adjustment paid out each pay period for working on one of our federal clients.

  • This is a remote position with virtual training. Requirements We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience working a caseload or working with retirement benefits. • Excellent communication skills. • MS Office proficiency, Word, and Excel intermediate level. • Great problem-solving skills. • Ability to effectively multi-task. • High school diploma, GED. • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business needs, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $36,960- $55,440.
