BECU ATM Operations Administrator in Remote, Washington

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $33.17-$40.53 hourly. The full Pay Range is $25.77-$47.93 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As the ATM Operations Administrator at BECU, you will ensure the seamless operation of our ATM network, directly impacting the member experience. You’ll lead and support projects, monitor ATM performance, and resolve technical issues swiftly, ensuring our members have consistent and reliable access to their financial transactions. By coordinating between vendors, internal teams, and contractors, you will keep BECU’s ATM operations running smoothly, improving efficiency and reliability for both internal and external customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor ATM Operations: Proactively monitor daily ATM performance and escalate service issues to maintain optimal ATM availability, ensuring quick resolution of any technical issues.

  • Collaborate for Issue Resolution: Participate in daily team collaboration to ensure technical issues within BECU’s ATM network are identified and resolved efficiently.

  • Maintain Operations System: Oversee the monitoring system for ATM operations, ensuring thorough daily and monthly checks, maintenance, backups, and testing are completed.

  • Document Procedures: Ensure all operational procedures are documented clearly for staff and vendors, providing essential guidelines for daily operations.

  • Provide Technical Support: Offer service and technical support to both internal and external customers, leveraging your knowledge of software packages used within the department.

  • Manage ATM Projects: Coordinate and manage ATM-related projects that align with BECU’s ATM strategy, driving improvement and technological enhancements.

  • Research and Resolve Outages: Assist in researching outages related to cash replenishment providers, helping accounting teams resolve issues effectively.

  • Stay Informed on Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ATM hardware, software components, and industry trends, overseeing the testing and implementation of new technologies.

  • Coordinate Vendor Support: Collaborate with contractors and vendors to oversee ATM installations, removals, relocations, and hardware/software issue resolution.

  • Support Software Updates: Distribute, manage, and troubleshoot ATM software, including bug fixes, patches, and validations, ensuring smooth ATM operations.

  • Provide Troubleshooting: Work with the ATM Operations Analyst team and NCR to troubleshoot software-related issues, providing logs and data for further analysis.

  • Perform Additional Duties: Take on other duties as needed to support the department and enhance ATM operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. in business or communications or equivalent work or educational experience required.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in supporting and/or leading project implementation plus Minimum of 2 years in financial institution operations required.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, schedule, and implement multiple technical and business-related projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective completion.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and manage projects to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team player, exercising discretion and sound judgment in decision-making processes.

  • Required availability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergent issues that arise during non-business hours.
