SAIC Program Analyst in REMOTE WORK, California

Description

SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership for our NIWC PAC customer. The individual will work closely with the IPT Branch Head on day-to-day operations who must be able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines, display strong communication (both verbal and written), and be skilled in MS office. This role is Hybrid/ Remote, must be a San Diego, CA local .

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide programmatic support for ongoing In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) efforts, coordinate programmatic and technical information inputs, projects and status across functional areas working group meetings, external IPT sessions, in-process reviews, and other program related meetings.

  • Coordinate and attend Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, in-process reviews, and other program related meetings. Provide meeting minutes, prepare and run meeting slides/presentations, capture meeting action items, analyze the information from these meetings and provide programmatic impacts.

  • Provide tracking task status and documents, and work schedules.

  • Provide program management, schedule management and cost management recommendations. Identify problem areas and make recommendations to prevent and correct program documentation errors.

  • Prepare ad hoc reports and briefs as required.

  • Deliver, track, and compile program management documentation as required and submit to the Government customer for validation and approval.

  • Coordinate and assist in responding to program data calls: assign, track and close program action items.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with three (3) years or more years of relevant experience; Master's degree and one (1) year or more of relevant experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance before start.

  • Requires experience supporting NAVWAR and NIWC Pacific engineering programs.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Completion of project management education with certificate or training is highly desired. PMP certification is a plus.

  • Advanced use of MS Office Suite to include Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

  • Understanding of PEO Digital / NAVWAR / NIWC PAC organization structure, programs of records and mission focus.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
