SAIC Director, Enterprise IT Strategy in REMOTE WORK, Virginia
Description
SAIC is looking for a Director of Enterprise IT Strategy to assist our Digital Innovation Factory Team with ensuring the development of repeatable solutions and methodologies while developing SAIC’s pipeline to drive significant organic growth and market leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage externally with executive customers and acquisition leaders to define and assist with requirement generation and introduce capabilities; represent the company on industry councils to include acquisition shaping and reform.
Defining and executing a multi-year development roadmap and strategy to include prioritizing and managing investment portfolios.
Working with internal and external technology sources to identify short term and long-term technology trends that lead to development of differentiated SAIC solutions and offerings.
Provide Thought Leadership in the development and innovation of SAIC Enterprise IT capabilities, fuse cradle to grave solutions with CTO and Solutions Architect Teams and provide oversight as a Strategist across all Business Groups.
Define innovative and effective delivery of SAIC Cyber and Enterprise IT solutions with cutting edge technology, partner agreements, and industry best practices to operationalize mission requirements.
Lead and support Demand Generation activities to foster the identification and capture of Digital Transformation opportunities that align with SAIC strategy.
Lead the engagement of internal and external customers to foster an education of SAIC solutions and offerings, to include Senior DoD leaders and Congressional staffers.
Lead strategic capture opportunities utilizing differentiated SAIC solutions and offerings resulting in net new growth in the Cyber technology domain.
Responsible for defining and improving SAIC Cyber and Enterprise IT Digital Transformation brand through effective thought leadership, the development of strategic marketing assets, coordination of campaign messaging, and developing SAIC presence in the Federal/State/Local market.
Foster the maturation and sustainment of strategic industry partnerships.
Lead the management and successful execution on strategic programs through development, growth and transition phases.
Develop solutions and frameworks for Digital Transformation and Enterprise IT emerging practices such as automated threat response and mitigation utilizing data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and zero trust.
Meet with customers as well as line personnel in best practices for customer engagement and to enhance win rate.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant business, technical, or professional field of study. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
Proven capability in managing the development of products, solutions and offerings with an emphasis on Cyber & Enterprise IT technologies.
Proven track record of success in supporting the capture and winning new and diversified business. Familiar with best practices in these named areas.
15+ years of relevant experience working with federal, state and local and commercial, with a strong preference for experience across multiple customer agencies.
Proven ability to apply organizational design/development experience to support transforming and upskilling a Cyber technology focused workforce to support innovation through enterprise and industry-wide trend identification and analysis.
Proven ability to set guidelines, criteria, and best-in-class competencies for Cyber solutions development.
Proven ability to engage with and successfully influence customers, corporate leadership, and industry peers.
Excels at identifying, shaping, and cultivating growth opportunities in early-stage maturation from problem identification through solutioning, competitive positioning, and proposal development.
Knowledge of Federal business acquisition process and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
