SUMMARY:

The

Direct Mail Coordinator

will be helping our team process the direct mail correspondence with our customers. The mail pieces that are produced by our in-house print shop are sorted, processed, and delivered to the Post Office daily. Will help with the pre-sorting, packing and banding, and imprinting addresses on the mail pieces. There is opportunity for advancement for candidates who enjoy the work and show that they can work in a team environment. The ideal candidates will have experience with mailroom software and procedures, as well as the equipment used - inserters, address printers, etc..

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexibility in job duties - every day is different
• Must be able to work and communicate within a group
• Must be able to stand for 5-6 hours per shift
• Attention to detail and ability to ask questions
• Clean DMV record required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Work in a group setting to process mail using our Kirk-Rudy printer/tabber and Quadient folder/inserter
• Produce digital variable mail pieces on our Xerox Iridesse digital presses
• Retain and execute the daily game plan expressed in production meetings
• Communicate any issue(s) that might affect jobs getting in the mail
