Robert Half is seeking a skilled and experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, and proficiency in Business Central

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the general ledger accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in a timely manner.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
