Jensen Precast Marketing Events Coordinator in Reno, Nevada

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is based in our Reno, NV corporate office (preferred) or our Granite Bay, CA sales office.

As the Marketing Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful events that engage customers, highlight our innovative solutions, and drive new business opportunities. This is a key role in our team, perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable experiences that support business growth.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

  • Planning and Executing Events : Coordinate all logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, including scheduling, booth design, staffing, and on-site execution.

  • Webinar Coordination: Oversee webinar logistics, including scheduling, integration with sales, and implementing best practices for pre-webinar promotion, live execution, and post-webinar follow-up.

  • Budget Management : Track event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

  • Vendor Coordination : Work with venues, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary resources and meet deadlines.

  • Event Promotion : Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop event collateral, digital promotions, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Provide Metrics & Reporting : Track and analyze event performance to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with sales and product teams to align event strategy with business goals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field (preferably B2B).

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, webinar platforms, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Willingness to travel for events as required (up to 10%).
