BluePearl Pet Hospital in Reno is welcoming experienced and adaptable Relief Emergency Veterinarians to join our team and make a real impact. As a Relief Veterinarian, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated Emergency Veterinarians during the busiest caseload shifts, including weekends. We also offer monthly set days, providing you with a predictable schedule that allows you to embrace the needs of our hospital while enjoying a healthy work-life balance. The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With:

  • You possess the qualifications: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree and at least three years of Emergency experience.

  • You're officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license

  • You Embrace the Needs of the Hospital: Must be willing to support our dedicated Emergency Veterinarians on the busiest caseload shifts, including weekends. Monthly set days available for ER relief Veterinarians seeking a predictable schedule.

Average shift pay: $1,300 - $3,500 per shift

Pay Range Disclaimer: The compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position based on shift type, demand, and seasonality. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to shift differentials, location, and experience.
