While performing the duties of this job, the employee: must be able to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management,team membersand others. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Install audio, dcor, electrical, lighting, rigging and video equipment used for meetings, performances, events and exhibits to speciation
• Operates/Monitors all said installed equipment to client/guest satisfaction
• Strike all equipment to the room/venues original default state
• Reading and math skills required
• Understands various convention exposition, entertainment and audio visual design layouts
• Take measurements
• Can provide safe equipment operation
• Work with both internal and external guest/clients
• Must be patient
• Works with tact and diplomacy
• Acquire accurate information
• Will solve customer concerns within GSRs Guidelines
• Required to understand, speak, read and write English
• Understands all caution and safety information and notices
• Completes all job assignments
• Can communication with other Team Members, guests and clients
