The Providence Development Program is a program that will offer the opportunity to work in four different job assignments within Finance. Each assignment will last for a period of six months, opportunities offered fall within the below listed job functions: South Division: Decision Support Providence Clinical Network: Washington, Montana Providence Clinical Network: Oregon Shared Services Investments Financial Planning and Analysis Oregon Finance Operations System Strategic Finance External Reporting This program is designed to provide each individual the opportunity to have in-depth development experiences across a range of business areas. Each specific job assignment will provide an opportunity to maximize your learning and development and will give you access to a variety of training and activities. To qualify for this program you must meet the following criteria: A college student at a 4 year College who will be graduating between December 2023 - June 2024 with a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas of study: Accounting Finance Another related field of study GPA Requirement: 3.2 or Higher Demonstrated Analytical, Leadership and Problem Solving Skills Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills This is a two year program that will run between July 2024 and June 2026. Upon completion of the program, participants are eligible to apply for regular full time opportunities within Providence. Providence is calling a Finance Analyst who will be given the opportunity to experience a variety of job functions within Finance.
