What We Offer:

• *Working Hours: *This position is for swing shift, 2pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime will be required on occasion.

What You'll Do:

• *Master the Product: *Gain in-depth knowledge of all items and the entire work/product flow.
• *Operate Cutting-Edge Machines: *Understand the operation of advanced packaging equipment, troubleshoot potential issues, and ensure customer-specific packaging needs are met.
• *Ensure Quality: *Uphold all QA standards, maintain the integrity and appearance of finished products, understand product coding, and keep accurate production logs.
• Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Complete GMP training, ensure a clean and sanitary work area, and keep all equipment in top condition.
• *Lead and Inspire: *Direct packers to maximize production efficiency and report any safety or quality concerns immediately.
• Be a Team Player: Perform all other related duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

What You Bring:

• *Skills and Competencies: *Ability to work quickly and safely, lift a minimum of 25 lbs. regularly, operate potentially dangerous equipment safely, stand for extended periods, and work under strict deadlines.
• *Integrity and Attention to Detail: *Personal and professional integrity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• *Qualifications: *High school diploma required, technical or college degree a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is a bonus.
