Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or other healthcare related areas. 5 years of Managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership. Preferred experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Experience in clinical program management with specific experience partnering with clinicians. Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Any field. Coursework/Training and Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups. Coursework/Training and Lean/Six Sigma training. Within 1 year of hire Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma Within 3 years of hire Project Management Professional (PMP) 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. 1 year of Management of people.
