PACCAR Inc. TRP Development Analyst in Renton, Washington

Requisition Summary Exciting opportunity to join the TRP Development team to help expand the TRP store network of over 100 locations in the U.S. and Canada. The TRP Development Analyst is key to the expansion of the TRP Store network through the management of the TRP Store Expansion Program and the use of business intelligence and data analytics to identify store performance trends and new market opportunities. The TRP Development Analyst will be key in maintaining and analyzing TRP store information, contracts, financials, and global reporting. In addition, will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the TRP store contract management database for both new stores and contract renewals. The right candidate will be a problem solver with the ability to interpret and visually represent complex data to make business decisions. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage and maintain TRP store performance data and reporting for global regions, internal departments, PACCAR leadership, and other PACCAR divisions. Produce and distribute ad-hoc and routine reports which indicate the performance and growth of each TRP Store. Provide analysis and performance data for TRP Stores based on financial statement data and other key performance metrics. Deploy and manage TRP Store contract management database. Coordinate TRP store agreement renewals and other dealership proposals with Regional TRP Development Managers, and other departments. Manage the TRP store expansion program through conducting annual program reviews, handling dealership enrollments and correspondence, and processing claim requests. Maintains records for internal control and audit. Create customized maps using specialized mapping software for use in proposals and presentations. Work with connected truck data, market data, and location data to develop network expansion opportunity reports and analysis. Utilize data analytics, including statistical tools, to identify and solve complex business scenarios. Publish and maintain TRP development related content on PACCAR.net. Identify and complete department Six Sigma project initiatives. Create presentations for senior management as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in data analytics,business, orrelated field required 2+ years related work experience required Technically savvy with spreadsheets and databases with the ability to quickly learn data analytics software Ability to interpret and visually represent complex data Knowledge of Industry Data including RigDig, RL Polk and other industry data sources is a plus High attention to detail, ability to problem solve, results-driven work ethic, and strong analytical skills are essential Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong personal computer skills including Excel, Access, Salesforce,Tableau, Snowflake and PowerPoint required Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop trusting business relationships.
