BASF's Professional Development Programs (PDPs) were created to provide highly motivated, mobile-minded current university students an opportunity to enhance their professional skills through a variety of diverse learning experiences. Participants will contribute to real-world rotational assignments within different domestic locations. They will explore career options and develop technical and professional decision-making skills, while fulfilling specific business needs. Participants also have the opportunity to assess their capabilities, skills, and interests and gain valuable exposure to BASF's culture, values, and decision-makers.

Program Summary

APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS RECEIVING A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN A BUSINESS OR TECHNICAL RELATED DISCIPLINE BETWEEN December 2023 and June 2024.

• As a highly motivated upcoming graduate, you will participate in a 24-month cross-functional program with 3 rotations within the Agricultural Solutions business in Raleigh, NC. Rotations may include Inside/Outside Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain or other.

• Your ability to be mobile will be critical, as this program is comprised of multiple eight- or sixteen-month assignments, potentially in different locations.

• Successfully engaging across the business, your rotations will expand your network, allow you to grow personally and professionally, and learn a variety of valuable skill sets within different areas of the business. Each rotation will enhance product knowledge, market strategies, an understanding of our business and customer strategies.

•Upon your completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to join our Talent Pipeline for a role in a variety of disciplines including, but not limited to, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, Distribution Account Management, or Procurement
