CACI is seeking a Director, Compensation Consulting who will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s compensation strategy. In this role, you will lead a team of compensation experts in developing a consistent compensation strategy and partnership with business leaders on compensation matters throughout the lifecycle of an employee’s journey – at hire, engagement, retention and promotion. You will partner with the head of Compensation Operations, Executive Compensation and Talent Acquisition as subject matter experts to develop enterprise-wise solutions to deliver a consistent compensation consulting experience to the business ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role will report to the SVP, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of regular reviews with business leaders on compensation matters including base salary, annual incentive plans, sales compensation plans, long-term incentive plans, and benefits.

  • Contribute to the development of compensation and recognition programs and policies that align with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Bring innovative compensation solutions to help solve unique challenges of the business.

  • Conduct market and internal equity pay analysis on a regular and ongoing basis.

  • Ensure compensation programs are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, i.e., FLSA, DCAA, ERISA, etc.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compensation professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Partner with key stakeholders and consultants, including Finance, Legal, and HR, to ensure the effective execution of compensation programs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership on all matters related to compensation.

  • Take a lead in participating in M&A transactions and other compensation and Total Rewards projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation, with at least 7 years in large publicly traded companies.

  • Strong expertise in developing and presenting compensation content for leadership.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team, with a strong ability to inspire and drive results.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.

  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Compensation experience in a publicly traded government contractor.

  • Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively to influence decisions.

  • Ability to effectively assess and diagnose business needs and develop impactful solutions.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$131,700 - $289,700
