Minimum qualifications:

In this role, you will lead strategic, operational, and organizational projects to drive positive change within customer engineering. You'll support cross-functional teams on fast-paced initiatives, work with departments like field sales, partner sales, technical delivery, sales operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing. You'll also establish best practices, pinpoint process improvements, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead and support critical projects based on emergent business needs, structure and execute analyses required to develop recommendations, present to executives and operationalize action plans.

  • Drive problem solving through clarity and structure, ensure solutions are implemented within desired timelines.

  • Support the development and track progress of customer engineering engagements and projects, including customer follow-ups, OKRs, and key priorities throughout the year.

  • Manage the tracking tools and dashboards that inform organizational objectives and priorities around customer engineering, policy reviews and team culture initiatives, understand data needed to answer strategic leadership questions, identify where data sets reside and how to manipulate them to answer key strategic questions.

  • Communicate and build relationships with leadership by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
