NVR, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Manager, Dynamics 365 to work on site in Reston, Virginia

As an Software Development Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will lead a team of developers, testers, and analysts building solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to support NVR’s customer service, warranty, and field service teams.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a cross functional team of developers, testers, and analysts to build solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

  • Own the architecture, design, development, and support of solutions ensuring technical implementations meet business requirements.

  • Manage task planning and execution ensuring timely, high-quality releases.

  • Collaborate with product management teams to define and prioritize requirements, perform technical impact assessments, and participate in strategic planning.

  • Plan and manage performance feedback, evaluations, and skill development for team members.

  • Manage external partner and vendor relationships.

    Qualifications

  • Strong ability to solve problems, take ownership, and provide accountability for projects and team deliverables.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge of one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.

  • 4+ years of experience leading a development team in an agile development environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in people management.

  • Prior software development experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript is a plus.
