Technical Targeting Analyst / Expert

RCS is seeking aTechnical Targeting Analyst / Expertto provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. Serve as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The expert TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

This position requires the candidate to work onsite in Reston, VA. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do:

• Map technology ecosystems, supply chains, global technology standards

• Identify companies and capabilities of interest

• Review and exploit reporting across INTs to derive actionable leads

• Collaborate with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications/Education:

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

• BA/BS and 11+ years of experience; 4 years additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation; and microelectronics

• Experience with at least three of the following: SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT collection capabilities and dissemination systems

• Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports

• Experience with organizational writing style, process, and database(s)

• Demonstrated experience with specific hard target of interest

• Experience working with commercial data and vendors

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements

• Understanding of supply chain and working with commercial partners

• Experience with commercial due diligence data

• Proficient with technical targeting tools and databases

  Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space
