We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with balanced skills and interest in both Copywriting and Graphic Design to assist the Concept and Trend Design team. This person will coordinate and deliver copy needs, aesthetic presentations in support of creative projects, and will act as a support to trend Designers. They will leverage their working knowledge of fashion trends and consumer needs to support team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Write long and short form copy across multiple creative projects

• Write both factual, report style copy and creative, emotional storytelling

• Craft compelling layouts using Indesign software to communicate trend research, travel, and events

• Edit trend reports in partnership with the trend designers

• Work with the Trend design team to conduct research as directed and keep a pulse on market trends in relative product categories as well as the cultural zeitgeist

Qualifications

• Industry experience (Fashion, Beauty, Interiors, Fragrance) in Copywriting, Public Relations, Communication, Design or Marketing is a plus

• Has exceptional skills in research, reporting, communication and editing

• Has a strong eye for visual design and layout

• Strong verbal, written and visual presentation skills

• Has a keen interest in Fashion, Beauty and Design trends

• Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree of Art, Creative Writing, Marketing or Communication; or equivalent experience
