ManpowerGroup Experienced Building Maintenance Technician in Rhinebeck, New York

Our client is seeking an Experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the team in Rhinebeck, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Job Title: Experienced Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Multiple Locations Bronx, Mount Vernon, NY

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks in support of the building's needs

  • Assist with plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work

  • Lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for the majority of your shift

  • Perform snow removal and landscaping seasonally

  • Report to the Maintenance Coordinator

What's Needed?

  • Reliable transportation (no need to own a car)

  • Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR check

  • Flexibility to work at all locations if needed

  • Availability to come in for any storm at 3" or more, at any time during the day/night plus weekends and holidays

  • Basic knowledge in plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work preferred
