The Role

The Accounts Configuration and Analysis Team is responsible for configuring client setup at both the employer and administrator levels, business analysis assistance for Active and Retiree clients, and peg and funding support to Retiree clients. Additionally, the team evaluates and analyses client requests. If development is required, the team prepares the request for the Product department’s intake process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make updates to production configuration at the employer, administrator, and system levels on the Enterprise platforms.

  • Provide business analysis support to client management teams.

  • Provide peg and funding analysis/support to Financial Operations and Client Management teams

  • Query the production databases to verify configuration changes are working as expected.

  • Support infrastructure and software releases during checkout period as needed.

  • Represent the Accounts Configuration and Analysis team in meetings with other Benefit Accounts and Individual Marketplace teams as appropriate.

  • Research issues production using the Acclaim Portal, the production databases, and other tools as needed.

  • Assist with the audit of production database changes as required for SOC, Internal Audit, and other audit requirements.

  • Must be ready and willing to take on additional assignments/challenges and must be flexible with task assignments and perform quality checking.

  • Works collaboratively with team members and consults supervisors/SMEs when required, and provides resolutions as needed.

  • Shares observations on processes improvements.

  • Seek ways to gain in-depth knowledge. Highlights any exceptions/deviations found and works towards a resolution while maintaining process controls.

The Requirements

  • The candidate should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar industry

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in learning new technology and software

  • Knowledge of SQL and Acclaim Architecture is preferred

  • Knowledge and experience with Benefit Accounts and Individual Marketplace funding

  • Must be able to meet critical timelines that are set forth by the client, ERISA, and internal processes.

  • Prior experience with reimbursement administration accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA, Commuter)

  • High level of organization and planning skills, ability to create detailed plans and the diligence to follow and monitor the plans through execution and completion

  • Ability to collaborate with a team and work well with others.

  • Prior knowledge and experience with FIT, Pega, Benefit Accounts and IM JIRA confluence

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred; HS diploma required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with external clients, stakeholders and internal team members

  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability for completing the assigned task

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Prior knowledge and awareness of ERISA will be a plus
