Job Title: Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking skilled electricians to work in a new construction environment. The role involves installing and maintaining various electrical systems and components, ensuring all work adheres to NEC code standards.
Responsibilities
Install 120v to 600v electrical components
Install EMT conduit ½” to 3” and support members according to NEC code
Install various types of indoor and outdoor lighting
Install lighting switches, dimmers, and low voltage occupancy sensors
Install electrical components in modular furniture
Install EMT raceways for data/comm
Install power cords on lab equipment
Install raceway for earth grounds or outdoor equipment
Install new correct color labeling on new electrical installs
Install power to AC equipment
Install new device boxes in new metal stud walls
Install disconnects and electrical to rooftop units and exhaust fans
Troubleshoot simple issues on electrical systems
Open ceiling tiles without causing damage to tiles
Follow LO/TO procedures with zero tolerance
Install safety switch disconnects
Use electric circuit tracers to identify circuits, conduit, and EMT
Essential Skills
Experience with EMT conduit installation
Journeyman electrician certification

Work Environment
The work environment is a commercial construction job site. Proper safety gear, including a hard hat, safety glasses, and a vest, is required. The role does not require medical monitoring or additional certifications.

This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00
