JOB TITLE: Hybris Senior Business Solution Architect

LOCATION:

2100 Lake Park Blvd, Richardson TX 75080 (Hybrid role, may work from home)

DUTIES: Design user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces. Understand the business requirements and map them into hybris functionalities that will serve as user stories or use cases for technical teams. Lead complex business requirement discussions and projects. Gather, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate these into functional specifications and/or user stories. Participate in design discussions of issues, enhancements, and projects, providing technical expertise on the hybris eCommerce platform. communicating complex eCommerce constraints and opportunities to non-technical decision-makers. Recommend approaches to increase revenues and profits for the business by implementing eCommerce / multichannel initiatives, both at strategic and tactical levels. Communicate conceptual ideas. Stay up to date with best practices and innovation initiatives in the eCommerce environment. Lead work relations and deliverables with 3rd party eCommerce partners and internal IT. Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long-term strategy. Develop project plans for the eCommerce program and site enhancements. Oversee a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing. Coordination and communication of application tasks within the cross-functional IT organization. Identify and track issue logs, risks, and project milestones. Establish timely communication meetings and updates to the cross-functional team on the eCommerce Technology project. Monitoring outsourced services and hosting providers for ongoing support. Communication to offshore vendor resources complex requirements to ensure the appropriate development is performed. Support feasibility studies, project assessments and initiation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology and Management or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a System Engineer, E-Commerce Business Analyst, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years performingE-Commerce space gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing an eCommerce system; and using Java, Spring, Oracle, SQL, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Version Control. In lieu of a Bachelors degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 2 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to include 2 years performing Hybris eCommerce; and 1 year with Solution Design and Agile Methodology. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
