Position Overview:

The Technology Sales & Customer Relations Specialist will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients, building relationships and helping them understand the value of our technology solutions. This position combines sales expertise with a passion for customer success, providing a unique opportunity to drive both revenue and long-term client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development & Prospecting:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within defined verticals or regions.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.

  • Present and demonstrate technology solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.

  • Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects and leads, tracking progress through CRM systems.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale to ensure a seamless onboarding process and address any ongoing needs.

  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our technology products and services.

  • Provide tailored support, troubleshooting, and solutions for customer inquiries or challenges.

  • Sales Support & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, support) to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.

  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and customer feedback to leadership.

  • Customer Feedback & Market Insights:

  • Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling value propositions.

  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Technical aptitude or ability to quickly learn new technology products and solutions.
