Job Title: Mechanical & Cleanroom Assemblers

Job Type: Full-time; Temporary-to-Permanent

Location: Richardson, TX 750823 (Onsite)

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available!

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Monday through Friday

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:45 AM; Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hou r ( Depending on Experience )

• 2nd Shift receives a +10% Shift Differential!

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed work instructions.

• Utilize hand tools, smart torque drills, and other equipment to ensure precise assembly.

• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.

• Basic understanding of torque tools and their use.

• Specific Skills or Competencies

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
