Adecco US, Inc. Paint Project Manager in Richardson, Texas

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Painting Project Manager job in Dallas/Fort Worth TX. Annual pay starting at 60K-75K based on experience and abilities. This is Direct Hire position that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career.

Requirements:

This position will require the applicant to demonstrate to organize and supervise multiple teams in the prep and interior painting of various rental units throughout the city simultaneously. Must demonstrate excellent customer service when interacting with owners and renters of units being painted. Time management, the ability to multitask, and coordinate multiple projects is a must.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising the work of painting the interiors of rental units.

Procures the appropriate materials and equipment and lays out the work for paint crew.

Inspects surfaces to be painted for damage and make recommendations for repairs to prepare surfaces for painting.

Supervises painting projects.

Oversees the rigging of scaffolds with a view toward observing safety precautions.

Inspects jobs in process and upon completion for both quantity and quality of work.

Keeps records and makes reports of work of assigned crews.

Focus and attention to detail is imperative for this position.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
