About the Role:
The Product Delivery Manager, reporting to the Director of Product, leads a team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and a UI/UX Designer to execute the product roadmap and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
This role requires a deep passion for data, leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions, optimize processes, and ensure seamless product delivery. The Product Delivery Manager oversees the product development lifecycle and collaborates across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, and Support teams to bring products and services to market while achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Qualified Candidates Need:
5+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Development, or Project Management within an automotive solutions company or enterprise software organization.
3+ years of leadership experience within a Product Development organization.
Demonstrated success partnering with Product Managers to translate strategic priorities into actionable technical requirements and measurable plans.
Expertise in Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in leveraging data to identify trends, set priorities, and enhance team performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills paired with assertiveness to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders, including executive management.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and practices.
Experience interfacing with customers and translating their needs into actionable solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the Product team (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and UI/UX Designer) to deliver user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, scoping, design, build, functional readiness, and release activities.
Champion the use of data and analytics to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize delivery workflows.
Translate business requirements into actionable requirements and tactical steps for development teams.
Oversee day-to-day Product team activities, ensuring project plans are executed and delivery commitments are met.
Plan and allocate department resources, including capacity planning and staffing, to maintain a high-performing team.
Set clear KPIs, track progress, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of team performance, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and addressing performance issues in a timely manner.
Advocate for best practices in user experience design and agile product management, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights.
Determine and implement the appropriate development methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) for each project based on specific business needs, timelines, and resource constraints.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
