Robert Half Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Richardson, Texas

Description We are on the lookout for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our IT Software team in Richardson, Texas. The role involves supporting our organizational readiness team and stakeholders in designing and delivering comprehensive change strategies. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will need to make critical decisions and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, change readiness assessments, change communications, and training plans.

• Establish leadership coalitions and an extended change team to effectively manage operational readiness activities across impacted organizations.

• Support the Senior Director in status reporting, communicating risks and issues, and devising solutions to mitigate or prevent negative impacts.

• Implement and maintain the Cash Price Quote (CPQ) technology/platform.

• Work closely with Sales organizations to perform change management interventions.

• Participate as part of a broader change capability or team, focusing on the strategic side of designing, delivering, and analyzing change strategy effectiveness.

• Develop and deliver operational readiness strategies based on an awareness of changes and the groups who are impacted.

• Work autonomously yet collaboratively, ensuring transparency in all actions.

• Apply learnings from each opportunity to improve future outcomes.

• Create content quickly and effectively, demonstrating extraordinary communication skills. Requirements • Applicant must possess extensive knowledge and experience in IT Software industry

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant or a similar role is essential

• Proficiency in Change Management is required

• Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) is an important qualification

• Understanding of 'Order to Cash' process is necessary

• Experience in Business Readiness is a must-have

• Proven track record in Agile Transformation is desired

• Excellent communication and leadership skills are expected

• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to make sound decisions are needed

• Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is required
